Cancellation & rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the total cost and loss of deposit. The cancellation fee will be charged to the card used at the time of booking.
